2025 Ceremony
This year’s ceremony was the fifth — and one of the most emotional. The evening began with a moment of silence in memory of fallen Ukrainians. The hosts were Anastasia Tsymbalaru and Nikita Dobrynin, with a musical program by the band KAZKA, El Kravchuk, Yevhen Khmara, Muayad, and the male quintet IL Men.

History of the Award
The National Independent “Woman of Ukraine” Award was founded in 2016 by Inna Heletiuk, President of the EdiMedia Ukraine holding, as an initiative of Edyna magazine. From the very beginning, its mission has been to recognize and support women who are changing the country and the world: in business, science, culture, education, and public life.
With the start of the full-scale invasion, the award gained special significance. It was during this time that it became clear: Ukrainian women are not just the home front. They run companies and hospitals, go to the front lines, rescue, build, teach, and inspire. Every year the award captures this reality — and gives society back the names of those who create it.
